History:

United Plastic is privately-owned company founded in 1975 by prominentengineers and professionals from the Niazi, Jalab, and Zaim families in Aleppo, Syria .  Since 1975, the company has pioneered and brought a wide range of plastic manufacturing technologies from Europe and Japan to develop and create diverse plastic products to meet the demands of several important industries and markets in Aleppo, Syria, Middle-east, North Africa , and Eastern Europe.

For the past 29 years, United Plastic has developed and marketed over 5000 plastic products to over a dozen industries including automotive, electrical, textile, food, agriculture, cosmetics, and others .The company has experienced steady and consistent growth in revenue and profitability driving a new of wave expansion from its initial old 3000 square meter factory in the district of Sakhour of Aleppo to a new modern facility occupying 36000 square meters at the outskirts of Aleppo. 
The new facility will be serve as the new headquarter for the United Plastic by the end of year 2004 and upon the 30th anniversary of the company .

United Plastic adopts the latest plastic manufacturing technologies, brings some of the most modern machines, and uses high quality raw materials exclusive for its machines.  By relying on an innovative product selection strategy and adopting European high quality assurance standards, United Plastic produces the highest quality of plastic products in Syria and is positioned to compete with other companies in the middle-east, North Africa,and Eastern Europe.  The company continues to expand its product offerings to penetrate new industries and markets by continued efforts to acquire the latest plastic manufacturing machines with the support of proper training and disciplined process of manufacturing .

Production Methods :

United Plastic carries its modern production of plastic products using
modern production methods as follows:

1 – Methods of injection up to 3000gm. Products include filling covers, 
      cosmetic filling, and industrial accessories.
2 – Method of injection blowing up to 350 c.c. Products include
      pharmaceutical filling and babies’ bottles
3 – Method of extrusion blowing till 10 Liter
4 – Method of extrusion blowing film till 100 c.m. in width. Products
      include plastic bags
5 – Method of silk screen printing and drying by hot air
6 – Method of silk screen printing and drying by ultra violet rays
7 – Method of offset printing (three colors) and drying by hot air
8 – Method of automatic assembly machine (e.g., silica gel filling)
      ( insert  in caps aluminum seal )  .

Machines and Supplies :

United Plastic utilizes modern machines equipped with electronic control units and control system to monitor production and product quality with the following characteristics:

• A special oven to dray the advanced materials
• Heating ovens of oil thermally for the moulds needed to warm
• A special water cooling units to cool the moulds and the hydraulic oil
   circuits
• Filtered compressed air units and dried to 0.001 micron of the micro
   particles, virus, and oils.
• A maintenance workshops and production of plastic moulds unit for    sealing plastic by ultra sound.

8  - Polyamide of all kind: Polyamide 6 - 66  - 66 GF  ( PA )
9  - Polycarbonate of all kinds : PC for injection , PC for injection blow ,
